Premium swimming pool covers from the family-run business in Bad Tölz — for specialist contractors who value precise installation and reliable processes. More service. Fewer complaints. Less stress.
Tip: Please feel free to visit us at Bad Tölz.
A pool cover is not just an accessory — it is a system component that affects the pool’s structure, hydraulics and control system — and is visible to the customer. This is precisely where complaints, disputes and loss of profit arise.
As a family-run business with our own fitters, we have first-hand experience of how construction sites operate — and we know what really matters. For us, our responsibility doesn’t end with delivery — we strive to build long-term partnerships, no ifs, ands or buts.
Free-form, Infinity, integrated staircases, overflow channels, brine and salt water. With our own metalworks, in-house joinery, in-house motor manufacturing and repair facilities, and our plastics department, we can achieve what the group cannot.
Example
Stuck on site? Need a special flange, longer stud bolts for the tiling (no, we don’t need to use an angle grinder here) or reinforced structural design? No problem — our in-house design and metalworking departments can sort it out where the corporate group has to give up.
All V4A stainless steel components are also surface-treated and deburred — small but significant differences that are visible and which your fitters will appreciate, as they reduce the risk of injury and lead to less corrosion.
End caps welded rather than glued, profile clips for replacing individual profiles, hail resistance certification and 100% testing of all drives. This prevents complaints — and saves you stress during day-to-day operations.
Example
In an existing PC system, individual profiles need to be replaced. There’s no need for the fiddly process of bending open the tongue and groove — simply release the clip, pull out the old profile and slide in the new one. Your fitters save time on site.
All our stainless steel components are made from at least V4A grade, rather than the V2A grade sometimes found on the market, and are also surface-treated — this significantly reduces the risk of corrosion.
Design Cover PC in all RAL colours, Carbon Metallic exclusively in the PC series, Plus X Award, Red Dot 2025, NF/TÜV/LNE certifications. High-quality products sell more easily.
Example
Compare our profile with a standard market product — we use significantly more material than the market standard. Furthermore, the entire Design Cover range is hail-class certified.
Anti-algae treatment (coloured tongue and groove) and a genuine UV-protective coating (TriEX) — not just UV-stabilised — are included as standard at no extra cost, depending on the Design Cover series.
Over 40 years in business, a 16-strong service team based in Bad Tölz, year-round telephone support and short response times. Spare parts supplied throughout the product’s lifespan — we won’t send you round in circles.
Example
Are you short of the capacity to install or repair a system yourself during the summer months? No problem — we’ll take care of it, even abroad. We’re familiar with every one of our installations and can supply spare parts or replacement profiles quickly and easily.
And whilst others send out standard installation drawings, we provide you with a project-specific CAD drawing — incorporated directly into your plans, if you wish.
Comparisons with ‘the Group’ or ‘other suppliers’ refer to standard solutions generally available on the market and are intended to provide technical guidance — they do not constitute a statement about any specific competing product.
When it comes to high-quality swimming pool construction, it is not just the price that matters, but the attention to detail in the product’s finish. Here are a few ways in which we stand out from other suppliers.
* Provided there is no total loss, e.g. due to water ingress.
The ‘market standard’ values quoted refer to commonly used standard solutions and are provided for technical guidance only. They do not represent a statement regarding any specific competitor’s product; specifications and values may vary depending on the supplier.
The choice of rewind mechanism depends on the pool’s geometry, the existing setup, architectural requirements and the end customer’s budget. We provide neat technical solutions for all three options.

Yes. For retrofitting existing buildings, the Oberflur winding device the preferred solution — it requires no major installation work. For complete refurbishments, the Unterflur is also an option.
Yes, that’s usually not a problem. We manufacture for Rectangular, free-form, infinity, brine and saltwater pools. Cut-outs for skimmers and ladders are standard. For jets and counter-current systems, we can carry out the inspection on your behalf following consultation and offer deflectors, for example.
PC For high-quality outdoor swimming pools and architectural projects with protection against UV rays, temperature fluctuations and hail. PVC as a robust standard solution for indoor swimming pools and existing facilities. Mini Cover as an entry-level range — automated, without a solar option. In very hot regions, we strongly recommend the PC model to avoid complaints arising from sun damage.

Carbon Metallic is exclusively reserved for the PC series — PVC would warp if used in dark colours, and the product would suffer sun damage. For PC in dark RAL shades, we also test the thermal load. PC is temperature-resistant up to ~120 °C, whereas PVC is only resistant up to ~60 °C. We therefore advise you — not for commercial reasons, but purely on technical grounds — to opt for PC in very hot regions to avoid sun damage. With dark colours, a phenomenon known as ‘cupping’ can occur for purely physical reasons — a temporary warping of the profile ends, as the top surface heats up significantly whilst the underside is cooled by water.
We also check the geometry, installation options, profile selection and special applications. You’ll receive clear technical information, a well-founded recommendation and — if you wish — immediate access to our dealer network.
