Returns are generally possible on request and following approval by Rollo Solar. Please observe the following guidance for a smooth process.

Print out the form and use it as a delivery note. Click here to view an example.

Send the goods to the address specifierd by Rollo Solar.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the goods.

We will then get in touch with you to discuss the next steps.

Requirements for goods returns

Please observe the following conditions so that your return can be correctly allocated and processed quickly.

Registering the return
For prompt processing it is zwingend erforderlichto register the return in advance — online via our returns portal with all required information. Unregistered returns cannot be accepted.

Exceptions: order-specific goods
As a rule, we do not accept returns of order-specific goods — that is, products manufactured or adapted specifically to individual requirements.

Written notification
The return must be notified in writing by post, fax or email . Please always state your order number or commission number so that we can correctly allocate your return.

Description of the defect
Please include a clear and detailed description of the defect . This helps us understand the defect better and take appropriate action — and significantly speeds up processing.

Requirements for the goods
The returned goods must meet the following conditions:
Original packaging — where possible
Original condition — undamaged & saleable
Part of the current product catalogue
Delivery no more than 3 months ago
No defect claims in cases of improper handling

Shipping costs
Returns are generally sent "freight prepaid" — meaning the sender bears the shipping costs. Costs arising from unpaid or refused shipments are charged to the sender.

Credit notes are issued taking into account the respective invoice and any rebates or discounts granted . Shipping costs are generally not refunded. Freight, customs or other expenses may be offset.
