Transparency and reliability — our commitment to every Rollo Solar product.
Our Warranty Promise
For the duration of the warranty, we will remedy any defects in the product that are proven to be due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
We undertake, at our discretion, to replace the defective goods free of charge, to remedy them, or to provide a replacement of equivalent value. The warranty period begins on the day of delivery, from which point the periods specified below apply.

Warranty Exclusions
The product warranty applies exclusively to normal and proper use, installation, and operation under standard conditions for the respective products.
The owner / operator is responsible for minimising damage and is obliged to report any defect immediately upon discovery. Damage resulting from improper use, unauthorised modifications, failure to follow installation instructions, or normal wear and tear is excluded from the warranty.
