We rectify any defects that can be proven to be due to a fault in materials or workmanship — transparently, fairly and reliably.
All time limits shall commence on the date of delivery as documented by ROLLO SOLAR.
Warranty by material
The warranty period depends on the material used and the type of component.

Polycarbonate (PC)
Profiles made from high-quality PC material — maximum UV resistance and durability.
Polyvinyl chloride (PVC)
PVC profiles — tried and tested, cost-effective and robust in day-to-day use.
ECO PROTECT range
Products in the ECO PROTECT range — sustainably developed for greater environmental compatibility.
Mini Cover
Compact cover profile for smaller basins — space-saving and reliable in everyday use.
Mechanical components
All mechanical components, such as guide rails, rollers and connecting parts.
Electrical components
Transformer, control system, drive technology and all the system’s electrical components.
Timber components
All panelling, trim and structural components made from real wood or wood-based materials.
Disclaimer
The warranty applies provided the product is used correctly under normal conditions. The following cases are excluded:
The product warranty applies only where the product is used, installed and operated normally and correctly. Any defects must be reported immediately. Unauthorised tampering with the drive system or control system will result in the immediate loss of all warranty rights. The owner is responsible for minimising further damage.

Note on replacement deliveries: For newly delivered or repaired products, only the remaining period of the original warranty period applies. Due to technical progress, individual replacement components may not be compatible with existing components — any additional costs arising from this are not covered by the warranty. Rollo Solar reserves the right to make changes to design, colour and materials as part of technical developments.
Make a warranty claim
Please submit warranty claims in writing. Follow these 5 steps to ensure a smooth process.
Describe the defect
Please describe the fault as precisely as possible. Please state the date of purchase, the location of the product and the exact circumstances under which the fault occurred.
Attach photos
Please include photos taken from different angles that clearly show the condition of the product.
Provide contact details
Please ensure that your contact details (name, address, telephone number) are correct and up to date so that we can contact you if we have any queries.
